A place to get relevant and meaningful support for teenagers in the process of growing up; a process of becoming themselves in all the terrain that being a young human, in modern times, can hold.
I’m Danielle, and I’m here to help teen clients navigate the course and conditions of their life, developing the tools to access their inner compass and captain their own ship as we go.
I’m a therapist, credentialed and trained specifically to work with young people, who has built a therapy practice spanning 15 years around supporting this specific developmental period.
I really care about this work, and I really care about my clients—once you know me, this is distinctly obvious!
In my practice, I take a deep interest in getting to know the details and different aspects of my clients’ lives—not just what brings them to therapy, but what interests and amuses them, what they listen to and watch and consume, what occupies their time, what they care about and are curious about, and what makes them feel most like themselves.
These details matter. They create points of connection and association, link us to the architecture and scaffolding already present in their lives, and help us understand what’s getting in the way of feeling like themselves more often.
Welcoming the multidimensionality of a person creates more places to look, more possibilities to discover, and more ways to build a way forward that feels genuinely their own.
I’m very glad to do what I do, and I straight-up consider it an honor to be talking with people about their inner and outer worlds, and to help them find more ease in being and becoming themselves.
